Hark! To the Heavens the sound rolled,
something Lightning born, and two times as deadly.
With all her might, she tried to get free,
asphyxiating on the newly laid hardwood floor.
The Greyest of Blue Skies had never been so fierce,
pouring out the kettle for all to see.
Though the morning after there won't be a drop of dew.
He watched as she clammered for the knife,
the only thing left to save her life.
Crying in the corner, the little one screams.

realizing this was also his end as well.
Never have two been so close, yet seperated by so much.
